Each year the Marriage and Family Conference covers topics that are present in todays fast changing world. These conferences build upon each other and provide us with the opportunity to grow in our appreciation for God's wonderful gift of marriage and family. For example, in 2018 Rev. Dr. Peter Scaer focused on Receiving & Confessing God’s Gift of Marriage. In 2019 Rev Bryan Wolfmueller focused on God's biblical design for the family, as well as the difficulties and challenges our culture present to us.

In 2021 Rev. Jeffrey Hemmer focused on "What is Man?" and "What is Woman?" In 2022 Rev. Erik Rottmann presented "Oh, Lord! What shall I do now?"which focused on the healing medicine of God's living Word.
